Wait, what?

I've been seeing ads about election issues on TV. "Schwarzenegger for Governor" ads. What is up with that? I thought we just finished an election. Something is terribly, terribly wrong with this scenario. You shouldn't have to start buying TV ads 10 days after an election when we're not voting again until November. (We're not voting again until November, right? Please tell me we're not voting again until November.)

I stopped voting after Bush cheated to win his first term of office. It's funny with all the dishonest people in the world, I think of this observation. Yes the country does mirror the leader. I guess I am just too honest for my own good.

They're not taking any chances with the guvernator's re-election campaign. I imagine their goal is to brainwash and inundate us with propaganda until we walk zombie-like into a voting booth in November and vote for him. At least, that's their hope.

I think I agree w/ Mary's comment. Arnold's camp wants to get their message out and distant himself from the mud-slinging to ensue in the mid-term elections nationally.

and it doesn't hurt that the gropenator is filthy rich and can afford to overspend early and often.

I agree. It's so wrong that you have to be rich and brainwash people to win in this country.
